Waterstone at Jenks - Panama City, FL
Project scope included landscape improvements for a luxury apartment community. Introducing pottery with artificial plant material provided the marketing areas with the much needed color pop that would provide year round color with no maintenance. Other enhancements included a jogging trail around the community pond, landscaping around the residential buildings, community gathering spaces, a dog park, landscaping the leasing office, and pool area.
