The project scope for this property was to overhaul the community pool area and adjacent public gathering spaces. The existing 4' of concrete around the pool area did not provide sufficient space for community residents to enjoy the amenity area. Incorporating a resort style pool, beach volleyball area, putting green, landscaping in marketing areas, and addressing site drainage in a manner that did not take away from the aesthetics of the space were the main priorities of the project.
